lovely bosphorus views
rooftop restaurant helpful staff ideal location
the rooftop restaurant provided amazing bosphorus views where i enjoyed breakfast and dinner it was a great experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was perfect with easy access to tourist attractions and the rooms were clean and well maintained.
i noticed that some minor fittings in the room were a little loose which could use some attention.

the rooftop restaurant had very nice beauty. its views were amazing. the staff seemed great. the rooms looked clean, stylish, and comfortable

unbeatable location charming cafe rooftop terrace
the location was unbeatable. the hotel is situated steps away from the iconic galata tower. i found countless charming cafes and cultural landmarks within walking distance. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the bosphorus.
my only concern involved inconsistent service from the evening restaurant staff. a few members did not meet the high standards i anticipated. this issue was minor but noticeable given the hotel's luxury positioning.

The rooms are spacious with beautiful details. i found the bed to be unbelievably comfortable. sitting on the large balcony with rooftop views was good. I spent hours just watching the city.
